Frequently asked questions
Will we have our hair done at the same time? Yes, you’ll both be booked in with two stylists at the same time.
Can I book online for this? As this package is booked with two stylists it cannot be booked online, by filling in our online form and letting us know the days and times you’re available, we will make the booking for you.
Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes , a £20 booking fee will be taken at the time of booking.
Can I change the day or time if needed? Yes you can following our 48 hours cancellation policy. We cannot guarantee an appointment on your preferred change of time or day.
Will I get my deposit back if I cancel or move my appointment? When following our 48 hours cancellation policy, your deposit will be refunded or moved to your new appointment.
Will my deposit come off my final payment? Yes
Can I book any day? This package is available Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays.
