Can I book my blowdries in advance? Yes you can
Can I book online? Yes you can, you’ll find it under promotions.
How do I pay for my blowdry membership? Using the link above, you’ll sign up to a monthly direct debit. Once you’ve signed up your free weeks trial will start and your first payment will be taken a week later.
Can I cancel my membership? Yes, you can cancel within your weeks notice, after that we will need a months notice to cancel.
Can I add my blowdries to colours or cuts? Treatments can only be added onto your blowdries and will be payable on the day.
Can my family and friends use my membership? No it is just for you.
Can I book in with any stylist? This is only available with Jazz
Is it available everyday? Only on Wednesday’s, Friday’s & Saturday’s. Tuesdays once a month.
What happens when Jazz is on holiday or unwell? Just for that time you are able to book in with another stylist.
Is it limited to once a week? No, it is only available with Jazz on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
By signing up you are agreeing to a recurring direct debit. If a payment fails, you’ll be contacted. Your membership will be cancelled if a payment can’t be taken.
